I heard that there is a law that you can return a new car within 14 days if a dealer gives you false information about financing or doesen't explain the charges to you correctly. Is this true?

A good attorney and the truth in lending law may do wonders for you.

Words are cheap. it's whats in writing and signed that counts. if you can prove that you were given false financing information, from the beginning, then contact an attorney. this may be difficult to prove, without an uninterested third party as a witness. never heard of the 14 day return law, at least not in my state.

3 is national for sure.I don't know of 14, but it may be. If something is false, it is breach of contract. You could also get theft by deception. They deceived you into buying something.
