Question the validity of our friendship. Someone who knows me and does that, I won't consider a friend anymore.

Since she was paid for her time, I would ask her why she is doing what she is doing. Does she like what she does. Basically have a conversation in front of the friend with the hooker. That might get the "friend" thinking about what a dumbass he is.
