  • Move him out. Pack up his things and change the locks. I know this sounds harsh. However, if you've asked him to leave and he won't, I don't see any other choice.
  • If it were me (and this is not a pleasant answer), I would charge the son rent and expenses (equivalent to what he would pay if he moved out) so he sees that in that situation moving out would be better as he would have some freedom from his parents. There is really no easy way to do this other than to take a hard line, at this stage, as it seems like he is taking advantage. If you can afford it, offer to pay his bond for him to move out, and then he has nothing to save up for.
  • at the very least, charge him room & board. how old is he?
