I'm unsure. What did your answer actually say? Did you put anything overly controversial or offensive in it? Perhaps someone flagged it and it was removed by an admin or perhaps there was a technical error with the site (this seems unlikely but could be possible).

Well, I've got a pretty good idea of which user flagged my answer for removal - it was the same user who I was responding to in my comment with a fact that he didn't want known and had no good response to, so he just had my whole answer removed. A user that just signed up yesterday to boot. (I know because their profile says they removed a comment today, April 11). I'm really disgusted that Answerbag lets people get away with this. Why should we bother having discussions when someone can just pull the plug when they feel like they're losing? Also, why won't this question come up on the main page where people can see it?
