As a real estate agent, are you allowed to buy and sell foreclosures under the listings you work with?

    A real estate agent must disclose that he is an agent even if he is buying or selling his own house.

    Anybody can buy and sell foreclosures or any other houses, no license needed, and I don't why would there be any limitations on how to buy sell foreclosures, I'm sure u can sell them in ur listings, I see realtors selling foreclosing homes all the time. Our area, tampa bay area in florida, is going thru a weird stage, where it become buyers market, and lots of foreclosing houses, since the insurance and property taxes quadruplated in some cases.
