Question

Help answer this question below.

I have an old Magnavox 55" RPT- model RM8550A102. The power went out and when I turned it back on the picture was out and replaced by 1 red, 1 green, and 1 blue line across the middle of the screen. What would cause this. Thanks in advance for any help!

That is in the "service mode" usually only used by service repair people. Call your local TV repair shop and ask them how to deal with it. They may tell you that it needs to be reset.
