Do you take pain killers when you have a head ache?

    Yes, if it gets bad enough. but, usually, i try to avoid medication's and pain killers.

    No, never. I determine the cause of the headache and treat that. Common causes of headache are eye strain, lack of sleep, too much caffeine, caffeine withdrawal, dehydration, over exposure to the sun, colds and viruses.

    Depends. I try and work out what's causing it - if I'm in work, I know it's probably stress-related so I just try and take a step back. If I'm at home, I know it's probably noise-related, so I'll take aspirin!

    Headaches are of many types and range from some minor discomfort to migraine and to those that are severe and prolonged. Not all headaches require medical attention.

    Its best to try and have a really big glass of water and see if that cures it before taking any medication. Try and kill the source of the pain before you kill the pain itself. It's a lot healthier =)

    No, I don't. I'm on medication that can be affected by medicines such as apirin and paracetamol, so I don't use it. Often a hot drink, a shower and a sleep is just a good a remedy.
