email me at tseymour@green-air.ca

UV + water vapour = hydroxyl, kills mold, eliminates odors by about 95%-99%, kills bacteria and viruses by 99.999%, check it out

Mold & Mildew can grow anywhere and cruiseships are no exception.

However, unlike your office, your public market, or other businesses, cruiseships routinely and frequently clean all aspects of ships including air conditioning units.

They clean them while at sea and always when in port. Sanitation issues are big concerns for cruiseships and they can't afford outbreaks.

Some lines now have passengers fill out "wellness" forms prior to embarkation stating that you, the passenger are healthy and free of any contagious disease or illness. Cruiselines can and will prevent embarkation of anyone exhibiting signs of sickness unless cleared by a medical doctor.

Most shipboard illnesses are brought on by passengers either at embarkation or when in ports and they fail to use proper sanitation devices and methods or they insist on being out and active when they are sick and contagious.

I'm sure that with the strict health and safety rules that Cruise Ships have to operate under, there isn't much room for that mold and mildew to grow.. and I'm sure if you asked an AirCon Guy, he might say it doesn't grow at such a rate that it would cause a problem.. I'm just guessing.
