When I was in Boy Scouts, I did archery. Well, I taught it at a day camp. I loved it, but haven't done it since. It might be cool to take it back up.

I actually have two bows in my house. They are old and I havent used them in a while. I guess I was good with them when I still used them, I can't really remember. What I do remember is that I discovered I was much better with siege engines.

Back in junior high it was part of the PE curriculum. It was pretty cool, especially when you hit the target dead on. I'd do it again in a heart beat!

I've played with my nephew's. I was extremely good at it and very steady and accurate, although it had a sucker on the end and not a pointy thing - does it still count?

Only once, when I was six years old. Some old bloke helped me to fire it. My memory of that day is bleak, but I don't think that it wen't very far!

I've done it a few times through scouts. I'm not amazing at it, but it's great fun! I actually ended up teaching it for one session at summer camp, luckily it was only for 9-12 year olds. I was holding my breath when I shot a demo arrow, incase it just fell to the ground!

I use to shoot at a range, more inside than out. It was about 20 years ago, I think I was kinda good, (but remember that was along time ago) I never got a robinhood.

Yes, it was a lot of fun. I was OK, but not a lot of bullseyes.

Yes I have used a Bow and arrow and a Crossbow, and yes with regular practise I could become quite good I believe

Yes, I started in archery in high school and loved it so much I got my own bow. I got very good at it, top of my class with my beautiful rosewood recurve. My husband and I still love shooting.

Yes, I had a friend that used to practice with Rube Powell and so I was introduced to archery. I liked it, but didn't stay with it long enough to become proficient at it.

Yes, I tried it in high school. It was pretty difficult and I didn't really enjoy it, nor did I become good at it.

It's fun and it's cool. Too bad there is not place to do it were I live. Unless you don't mind getting arrested.

On holliday when i was 14 is the only time. and i absolutly loved it. there was nothing to not like about it and it was all i wanted to do the whole time i was away. with help from a pro its quite easy to get the hang of it. and it took me an hour or two to get my acuracy. but its great fun

Yes...I have 2. A crossbow and a long bow... I live in the hills and have been known to bag a turkey or two with them....

I came in first in an archery competition of about 400 boyscouts... granted boyscouts statisticaly are probably only slightly better archers than the general populace, but best at anything out of even 400 random people is pretty dang good in PE archery I did 2 things the teacher had never seen, I stuck an arrow into the 1/2 inch pipe stand holding the target; and I had a mid air colision with someone elses arrow.

Yes. I've shot a recurve bow as a kid in Phys ed programs. I've shot a compound bow as an adult and a teacher when my students were doing it and the gym teacher offered me a chance to try. I was lousy with the recurve, but I did pretty well with the compound.

Yes in High School for physical education....we were able to pick out what sport we wanted to take for the quarter....I picked the sport of Archery......I really enjoyed it.
