Sure you can, but I'll bet you can't find an attorney to take the case or a judge to hear it, so what's the point!

You can sue almost anyone about almost anything for almost any amount. Whether it gets heard in court or you win will be unlikely - but the devil is in the details... What would be your loss if someone were to say to you "god bless you"? If you could show you suffered a loss directly from this and it was reasonable for that person to have known it would cause a loss then maybe you could win.

You can sue for any reason in the USA, that doesnt mean it will go to court, I hope you have a lot of money to pay the lawyers, still then, I wouldnt hold my breath. -
