How come alot of BANANA flavoured goods taste so artificial?

Because food manufacturers are probably not even using any banana, just chemicals made to taste like banana.I find a lot of strawberry flavoured things taste awful too.

most likely because they are artifical and rarely contain any natural fruit. Banana flavoured stuff is usually yucky. Some fruits are easier to replicate the flavours while some products use natural fruit to flavour them.
