  • Interesting question! I work in computer rooms where there is an issue of dehydration. I've talked to a doctor about this. The big difference is location of the pain/tension. If it's dehydration, you will have a back of the head/full skell pain. If it's sinus, it will be around the nose. And the two are related! The more dehydrated you get, the more your sinuses will start bothering you. So, when I am working in computer cold rooms I use nasal spray and set the timer on my watch to remind me to walk out every few hours to drink a LOT of water.
