Help answer this question below.

I always have bleeding for about 1 & half days & spotting for another 1 day,i have to change tampton once in a day, is it light period ?

    I agree with NightsRiver you need to change tampon more often if you are that light try using a panty liner

    It sound like it but, FYI you should change your tampon every two hours. Otherwise you put yourself at risk for toxic shock syndrome which can be fatal.
