Who ever owns Bright House Networks in Tampa really needs to take a good look at the company and employees. Many long time dedicated employees are disgusted with the new management. Micro-Management. Sucks the ambition out of people. The current form of management is that of a job that is a means to an end. I really do not believe that is what Bright House is all about. I can remember the day I wanted to work for Bright House Networks because it was a solid company different from the rest of the Corporate America companies. I see with time, changes and staying in the game of compitition Bright House Networks has become similar to the compitition where employees are concerned.
This isn't good. We are giving in to the compition to stay in business for the wrong reasons. Our customer base choses Bright House Networks for being different from the rest.
We cannot allow ourselves to become the same as our competitors to remain in business because in the end we won't.
