I actually do belive so. For the human race cannot agree on anything. There will always be a war, murder, etc. as long as the human race is around. Unless man kind somehow evolves to the point where we don't need war to settle our differences, then there is no way we can have world peace.

RIDICULOUS. Many people currently live peaceful lives, even under difficult circumstances. They live in PEACE. The question assumes that ALL people are PRIMARILY evil. This is a distorted and narrow point of view.

The fact that you contemplating world peace is not inherently bad, but thinking of it in the terms that you are thinking in is alarming to me and doubtlessly alarming to others on this site. I am deeply disturbed by your question. Perhaps you have put it on this site for shock value. But, a scarier prospect is that you put it on here because it it what you truly believe. I will praying for the world to be protected from people like you.
