Melaleuca is a company named after the Melaleuca plant, whose slogan is "the Wellness Company." Their stated mission is making products, including their Ecosense line of cleaning products, with all natural ingredients, hence safe for your home and family. Melaleuca claims their products keep your house free of certain harmful chemicals that are common in cleaning products.
On the Other: People with allergies need to be careful
People are allergic to all sorts of natural ingredients. If you are allergic to some natural ingredient in a Melaleuca product, that product will not be safe for you because you could have an allergic reaction. The reaction could be mild or it could be severe--you never know. Every product, no matter who makes it, has the potential to be unsafe for some people.
Bottom Line
Melaleuca products are generally safe--certainly safer than many household products that contain toxic chemicals. That said, if you have allergies you should read the label of any product you are considering for use in your home to make sure it does not contain something to which you are allergic.
