First, you must download them. You must save them into your Videos file or your Pictures file, but also make sure that where you are saving them that your Zune is checking there for new stuff. Then, you make sure that it in the library and then drag it into the Sync list. After that, you hit sync and it will load it onto your Zune. It may take a while, though, most videos have to be reformatted to be compatible with the Zune software. ***But, DO NOT buy anything from iTunes and try to load it to your Zune, iTunes is not compatible with the Zune software and that is money down the drain.***
