    Professionally Researched. (What's this?)

Armour Thyroid is a medication prescribed for hypothyroidism, a condition in which the patient's thyroid gland is underproducing. There is no evidence that Armour Thyroid increases bone density, and the medication is not prescribed for the health of bones.
