Seroquel is an anti-psychotic medication most commonly prescribed for schizophrenia and bipolar disorder (manic depression). Patients must be at least 10 years old to take Seroquel. Seroquel can cause heart failure, sudden death and pneumonia in older adults with dementia-related disorders.
