    Professionally Researched. (What's this?)

A "level one nurse" is the classification given to a registered nurse in the United Kingdom. He or she may join the Nursing and Midwifery Council Register only "after the Nursing and Midwifery Council receives course completion details and declaration of good character from the Higher Education Institution where they qualified," according to the National Health Service Data Dictionary.
