Help answer this question below.
I heard it on CBC radio a few times, and have taken quite a liking to it.
The song apparently is "Pa Que Vuelva" by a “Telmary”.
I’ve been doing a decent amount of searching on Google for a video of the song but to no avail.
Here’s a video with the artist:

Here are some audio hints:
Concerts On Demand: Telmary Diaz & Alberto Alberto at Lula Lounge

(click: Pa Que Vuelva)
The only thing is that it’s live.
Here’s a bit of the recorded version:

(click: Pa\' que vuelva)
What are the lyrics about?
(Follow up question: Is there a video I can link to?)
Thanks.
Not the lyrics, but what they are about:
"Pa' que vuelva lo escribió de un tirón en una cabina
telefónica de Madrid. Dedicado a Frank, un baterista que
hoy es su pareja, y enriquecido con el saxofón de Ariel
Bringuez, surgió de una noticia desgarradora. ''Me enteré
de que se había quedado en Canadá'', recuerda acerca de
lo que le comunicó Frank desde el otro lado del
Atlántico. "Luego me dijo: 'Sigamos juntos y verás que la
vida nos va a unir'''. "

(approximate) Translation:
""Pa' que vuelva" was written in one sitting in a booth
telephone in Madrid. Dedicated to Frank, a drummer who
today is her partner, and enriched with the saxophone of Ariel
Bringuez, it arose from a heartbreaking story. "I realized
that he had remained in Canada,'' she about recalls
what Frank told her from the other side of the
Atlantic. "Then I said, 'Let's stay together and you will see that
life will unite us'' '."

I did not find this song, but there are some others by Telmary on YouTube:
"Telmary "Que equivoca'o" CD. A diario"

i would go to Telmary Diaz and click into her myspace and leave a message for her there to directly ask her about that song "Pa 'que vuelva". For any spanish speaking individuals out there, myspace has a full recorded version of this song for listening purposes in answering this question of Civic Cat.
