Air drying is just fine and blow drying can make it dry and frizzy. What you could do, is apply a tad of gel or mousse and sort of scrunch your hair with your hands so that it curls. Once it begins to dry, you can use your fingers to actually style it. Give it a shot. Good Luck

while it's still wet...towel dry it as much as possible. then, comb it with a wide tooth comb. put some smoothing cream in it (i use aveda - but i am sure there are others) then gently scrunch it from root to tip. flip your head upsidedown - it makes it easier to scrunch. then flip your head back up and separte the curls...style them how you like. then spray it with scrunch spray and let it dry. don't touch it after that, or else it will get all frizzy and icky.
    best luck to you!
