I believe so, as long as there are little or no chemicals involved. Ask your vet to be sure, but external flea and tick treatments should be safe. There's no reason why she can't be brushed, have her claws clipped, etc. I would be gentle with her and not struggle too much if she won't submit to grooming.

Yes, if you are going to a professional make sure you inform them and of approximately how far along the cat is. If you are doing the grooming yourself take the same precautions you would not to jostle the abdomen or squeeze her too hard. There are dry foams available for cats, but if you want to be on the safe side for your kitty try pet wipes.

Yes, just be gentle. You will be doing her a great favor as it will make her feel better and the gentle brushing will be a spa day for her!
