Two, both dormant volcanoes. Haleakala on Maui and Mt. Liamuiga on St. Kitts. Haleakala was longer and higher at 10,000 feet, but easier, not as much of a slope and mostly in the open. Mt. Liamuiga was not as high, only about 4,000 feet but it was steeper, for the most part through "jungle" and steep cliffs. The top was something I won't forget, looking down a thousand feet into the crater. Nor the smell.
