    once we were really tired long wedding and reception and almost a 2 hour drive to Niagara Falls, but made up for it the rest if the honeymoon

    Once was more than enough. 1 week before our wedding my husband fell over two stories and landed straddling a metal bar. His boss was eastern indian - gave him the rest of the week off. Explained in India the bride and groom are kept in their homes for 30 days before their nuptials so that they would have less of a chance of being hurt. BTW - we left our hotel at 3 am and went home because we had forgotten his pain medicines and he was hurting. He was bruised from his knee up to about 1" from his groin. The bruise looked awful! Now we have been married for more than 18 years!

    Dude, weddings take a lot out of you. After all the running around, stress, food, and booze, we were luck we got one time out. We slept in real late the next day. but the rest of the honeymoon.... ;-)

    You know, I actually don't remember the exact number, probably 6 or 7 times. We had an evening service with the reception ending at around 11 pm. We went to our apartment and went to bed. We never went to sleep. We got dressed at 10 AM and drove to our honeymoon about 150 miles away. We did stop a few times along the way for quickies. When checked into the lodge at 6PM and never left the room or got dressed for 3+ days. it was incredible. when we went out, it was only to lay on the patio by the pool.
