Does anybody know of any photo altering software, like slimming down a heavyset person to see what they would look like skinny?

Photoshop CS3 or CS4 would be the best choice but it is not freeware and costs a lot of money to buy. There is a freeware image editor called GIMP, do a search on Google for it. It has a lot of the features photoshop has.
