I believe signs are cramp, frequent urination and tiredness. Probably more too.

I had really bad headaches.. I thought it was them making me nauseous. Also, I had some brown vaginal discharge. I never had that before and checked into it, and I think it was implantation. My breasts were very sore, and I had bad stomach pain but they didn't feel the same as menstrual cramps.
