Black belts are trained to implement Six Sigma methodologies through every aspect of business and can mentor and train yellow and green belts.     Some companies, such as General Electric, offer in-company training for its employees interested in advancing Six Sigma training. However, several companies offer Six Sigma training seminars and online courses.
