Can someone explain the process of being taken to small claims court/what happens? If someone signed a contract for a product, and had trouble making the monthly payments and the credit company had to take that person to small claims court(no collateral)

    JUSTNORMAL

    In any state if someone signs a written contract, they have to pay it. If they dont, they are then taken to court to try to explain why it wasnt paid, and it has to be good. Ultimately the defendant is ordered to pay.
