On the Other: Price and Size
While the DC28 Animal is Dyson's most powerful upright vacuum, it is also the most expensive, retailing in 2009 at $599.99. You may want a more lightweight and compact vacuum, such as Dyson's DC24 All Floors. It features 115 air watts of suction power and a smaller capacity bin; however, it is almost 8 lbs. lighter and retails for $399.99.

When choosing a Dyson vacuum, weigh the importance of power, features, size and price. Take into account you account how often you vacuum, how large of an area you vacuum, and if you want an upright, canister or handheld vacuum.
