Speak Braile? No. Read it possibly yes. It is a series of symbols for those with no vision. They may be able to speak (in English or other langauages) what they have read, but there is no speaking braile.
OTOH, I have known a man who is toatlly deaf and can't speak but is one of the best communicators I have ever met.

Well, it wouldn't exactly surprise me. After all, our president of 8 years said, "Are our children reading good?" LOL! In all honesty though, as much as I hate both Palin and Bush, neither are nearly as dumb as they make themselves out to be on camera. Ignorant perhaps, but not dumb.

Don't believe everything you hear. Sarah Palin is a very bright woman...at least as smart as Obowma and she actually has executive experience. The answer is a resounding no.
