I'm not familiar with the f700v but you may be able to copy games onto it via USB cable or bluetooth. Almost all phones have Java preinstalled on them, so you only need the game file itself. Check whether the phone's manual has anything.
Do you have a cell phone grafted to your body? How much of what you text/say can wait till you get home and how much of it is "emergency"?
