    It is best not to substitute a Lexmark brand cartridge with an HP cartridge, although the printers sometimes look alike. Substituting cartridges can cause damage to your printer. Some printers also have a sensor that will stop the printer from working if the proper cartridge is not used.

    Yes, if you buy a Cannon or Kodak modification kit and use a Minolta adapter plug.

    That and a lot of crazy glue to stick the whole mess together with......and much prayer too.

    No. you cannot exchange cartridges like that - it will not work.
