Men desire fidelity and a commitment to a relationship. They do not want women who look at other men when they are out. They want to feel they are the only one a woman wants. Like women, men are also interested in finding a loving relationship. Men want to love a woman, and they want to be loved in return. While it is true that men look for physical attractiveness, it does not mean a lady has to be a model. Men enjoy the company of someone who cares about her appearance, however, and they appreciate a lady who dresses attractively. Men want women who are intelligent, feminine, have a sense of humor and who will support them in their daily lives. When things get tough, they need someone who will be there for them. Actually, more than anything else I want a companion to share my days, to snuggle up with me at night, to talk to me and listen to me as well, to do things together - simple things like sharing the great outdoors together and travel to interesting places.

Wow! No wonder why it's so confusing if this is the professional advise.
The real problem with crap like this stems from the fact that when you ask people what they want men don't want to seem like complete assholes so they make up some sensitive crap.
While men do desire a support system to say that men want an intelligent women is sort of a stretch. What men want is a women who is not a complete idiot. She doesn't need to be intelligent per say just not a bimbo.
I will give you that they don't need to be models but of somewhat equal or greater beauty than the man is.
As for the love thing it's sort of a white lie. Men and women have grossly different ideas about what love is. Men will often consider themselves loved if the women shares her body and mind with him and is faithful
