  My dad crossed the united states illegally about 19 years ago. He met my mother after being here for a couple of months. She is an american citizen. He and my mother had 3 children. I am almost 18 and my brother and sister are under 18. He payed taxes and he never got in trouble with police. He went back to mexico around 6 years ago. I was wondering if he has a chance coming over to the U.S.A but legally. If he can, how can we help him.

  My girlfriend and I were happy together had a dog lived together and talked of marriage. My friend would always come over and hang with me, after a while him coming over turned into a everyday thing. Long story short, situations happend like me and my buddy hanging in the garage and him saying goodbye and then an hr later I go upstairs and he's sleeping on the floor next to the couch we're my girlfriend is sleeping. He will not finalize the divorce or sell the house and I feel second to all of this. He knows it has been the reason for many arguements but will not budge! He says it is bcuz of bills and his kids. He told me he would move with me if he ever got me pregnant and obviously that did not happen. This baby is still a secret to all hos family and her as well! Any advice?
