I saw the person you're talking about on TV. He squeezed the chilli right into his eye, and he claimed it didn't burn much without even blinking. Once my friend and I had a chilli contest and of course he won. I only resisted 1 and he did 6. Watching me blow up with no water, was a big laugh to him.
