Does being on the computer for an extended amount of time affect our melatonin production?
If so, would this decrease affect our "biological clock" making it harder for our body to know when to wake on it's own? (When I write "extended amount", I mean both in the short term [within the time from when you wake, and when you next sleep] and in the long term)
