Why don't you try going back to school. Ok so you are older.. I don't know where you are from but there should be something like a GED or High school equivalancy exam you can take. A trained nutritionist would likely not only need a basic highscool diploma but also from College or University as well. So try finishing you education before giving up on what you want to do.

If you do not have your GED that is your first step. Following that, figure out exactly what you want to do for a career. Nutritionist is wonderful, physical therapist, occupational therapist, medical or dental assistant, xray tech, or even a counselor for people with eating disorders. The sky is the limit, go for whatever your passion is and good luck

I live in australia and only went to year 11. I am currently studying nutrition through a college - ACNT. It is an advanced diploma in nutritional medicine and I am a fully qualified nutritionist after I finish. Also gives me a head into university to study more full-on subjects (I dont think I will though). You dont need to have finished year 12 in order to study this. You are mature age now - you can do whatever you like. That is the beauty of being able to study as a mature age student. You know what you want to do - so you can. x
