Beer is 5 to 6% alcohol on average. 80 proof is 40% alcohol, so .4 X 750ml = 300ml alcohol content in your 80 proof. A case of beer presuming 12oz cans, and 24 cans is 288 ounces. Multiply that by .06 (presuming a higher alcohol content pilsner) and that equals 17.28 ounces of alcohol in a case. About 30 ml to an ounce so 30 * 17.28 = 518.4 ml of alcohol content in a case of beer. So no, a case of beer would have more total alcohol than a 750ml bottle of 80 proof.
