My parents were the same and I came out with hazel eyes and dark brown hair.

It all depends, but, in our case, same scenario, our son has blue eyes with brown flecks in them, and dark blonde hair. On his fathers side, his G-mom had blue eyes and G-pa had brown and the boys took after the dad and the girls took after the mom.
