I doubt it, it wouldn't even hurt them. At most they'd get a little turned on. That's not "funny".

I'm an equal opportunity crotch hit laugher. It's just as funny when a woman gets hit in the crotch by a small child, provided the woman also doubles over in shock/pain.

The humor is that the man suffers a good deal of pain. Why we find this amusing is questionable, but it's fact. If a woman was hit in the crotch, she probably wouldn't be in "true" pain, and as such, it probably wouldn't be very amusing

no. the humor is in the extreme pain for minimal impact that is even accidental. I guarantee that women get accidentaly hit in the crotch by children just as often as men (if not more often since women statisticaly spend more time with children than men) but because women do not have testicles it goes completely unnoticed.
