Doctors have charts . There is a way to calculate it. My Husband is approximately the same as you . I think you are within range. You may be able to find a chart on line. Goggle BMI .

Also bear in mind that muscle weighs more than fat, so if you are very fit and muscled, your BMI will indicate that you are more overweight than you really are.

I think your good, my brother is 6'4 and he's slim but muscular, I think he weighs 200 and he looks great.

It depends...I don't know you. I don't know how much is muscle, I don't know how big your bone structure is...ask your doctor. They have charts everyone can read, but there are a lot of important factors not on those charts, and if you want to know if your weight is healthy you have to look at all those things. Looking at a standard BMI chart will probably be fairly accurate, but you don't really know.
