You could die. Very cheap dog food is waste from slaughterhouses, leaving nothing out. Some slaughterhouse waste products improperly cooked could contain some very nasty bacteria - for example e.coli 157 found in undercooked beef contaminated with faecal matter- this has killed people. Dogs have higher resistances to very nasty bugs than we do. Chances are though, in most circumstances , a bad taste, nausea and maybe the squits - but could be worse.
