No, not if it is with intent to show glaring discrepancies, contradictions and outright absurdities, while arguing against the idea of creationism.

Well I sometimes quote the Quran in argument, but this does not mean I'm Muslim. . However, Atheists often quote the Bible in absurd ways, attempting to use it to create strawmans and apparent contradictions by misapplying context and meaning to the passages. . One example I've faced is the argument of God's love found in the Bible which they say contradicts God's wrath and Judgement. They misunderstand that God's judgement is a manifestation of his love for his creation which has been spoiled by us. . Again, I've seen verses where the genre has been misunderstood in Jeremiah and revelation to falsely support the idea that the Bible believes the world to be flat. These attempts are often laughable, normally something like "...follow you to the ends of the Earth," which is obviously metaphorical.

If you are debating the bible then no. If you are trying to prove a point that has nothing to do with religion then more then likely. Though there are some good inspiring quotes from the bible that are not necessary religious that an atheist can apply or use in their lives. Like do unto others as you would have them do unto you. You don't have to be a Christian to believe this or quote it.
