  • Pucker Up.
  • In the morning press your lips with upper and lower teeth .
  • A good smack in the mouth ought to do it! Of course, you might need a little makeup after that...or even surgery, if the smack was hard enough... Unless you do SOMETHING to physically alter the size of your lips (i.e.-induce some swelling some how, like what al-Quest suggested), then there isn't anything you can do, really. However, I'd recommend non-surgical techniques, such as makeup. Invasive techniques like surgery, though they MAY have the desired effect, could have some poor effects years down the road. Take a look at Pamela Anderson, for example. Look at her early days, in Home Improvement for example, and contrast her with how she looks today. She was, in my opinion, far more beautiful in Home Improvement than she is now...and had she NOT done some of the things she did cosmetically speaking, she would be far more attractive now. (And NO, don't have someone really smack you in the mouth!)
  • Slap them repeatedly with the wire end of a fly swatter.
  • 1. Take tuba lessons 2. Buy a pet bee and use it to inflate your lips whenever the previous swelling goes away
  • Kiss the person you love a lot. Might not work, but worth a try, don't you think?
