your disc tray is screwed. you need a new tray or a new xbox, you disc tray or lens or w.e is probably scratched and can't read discs properly, either that or all your discs are badly scratched haha. it could be that you may have moved your xbox from being flat to standing up when youve bin in the middle of a game, it scratches the disc and will break the lens if it happens enough.
