Well it would cut down on how much of our tax dollars go into supporting them and keeping them alive in prison. Yeah, they deserve to die, they traumatized the mind(s) of their victim(s), and they deserve an equally (if not worse) traumatizing experience in return for their heinous crimes.

I think if the prison system would let them loose in the general population of the prison and quit putting them into protective custody, the problem would be solved.

Gangsters who commit murder and other capital crimes along with the aforementioned, along with Drunks who cause accidents that hram maim and even kill, no second chance. Drinking's not a disease. Chicken Pox is a disease, and people with diseases that are harmful to others are usually quaranteend. Jail would be my remedy.Those jailed for pedofilia should be given life without parole. This way their so called disease won't infect anyone else. In a perfect world there would be swift justice. Not the joke we have now. Manson atill doing art in the joint,Scott Peterson on Facebook. YEa. . .if they killed anybody. I think if they molested or raped a child that it only be fair to do the same to them. Let all the lonely fellas in prison take care of that. Some prison mates even kill the rapists and molesters, but not all. . .not all

Gangsters no... gangster is a term that describe a person, not a crime. You have to punish based on the crime. Rape and child molestation are just about the most abominable things people can do. They should be locked up for life. I don't know about the death penalty though.
