You can go online and get a quote from most carriers, then go with the cheapest.

I find that over two pounds ships cheapest Fedex. Smaller than that USPS. UPS is always the most expensive.

With pricing so similar, choosing a delivery service really depends on who you can trust getting your product where it needs to be on time.If the cost to ship a package is nearly identical, then reliability, in my opinion, is the key to choosing your provider. But from my experience USPS has a horrible tracking service and I have all ways used UPS for all my mail ordering and sending needs.Hope this helps.
