  • For a male becoming a woman, its a plane and simple no. For a woman changing to a man it would also be no depending on certain circumstances. During the surgery, something has to be done to prevent female conception. This includes having tubes tied or complete removal of the ovalries. Also, before the procedure is done (pre-op) she is given male hormone pills that increase production of testosterone. Simotaniously this curves estrogen prohibiting support of female fertility. So when done right, neither male or female transexual can get pregnant.
