Well, the trophy really doesn't award the most outstanding player from the year, so who knows? They'll probably make it a career award and give it to McCoy, despite the fact that he clearly does not deserve it based on this year. Why they even invite a defensive player is beyond me, and proves what a joke the award is... many defensive players have deserved the award, but I'm not aware of any that have won.

There is a rumor going around that Barack Obama will win it for mentioning that he wants to attend a College football game.
